Shockwave Therapy
Focused acoustic waves for chronic soft-tissue pain, to stimulate the body's own healing.
Shockwave therapy delivers focused acoustic (pressure) waves into an area of persistent soft-tissue pain. The waves stimulate local circulation and the body's natural repair response.
It is typically used for longer-standing complaints and forms one part of a broader treatment plan that includes hands-on care and exercise.
Commonly used to help with
- Chronic tendon pain
- Heel and plantar pain
- Overuse injuries
What to expect
