Therapeutic ultrasound sends sound waves into deeper muscle and joint tissue, creating gentle warmth and micro-vibration that can help ease pain and stiffness.
It is applied with a small handheld probe and used alongside hands-on care and exercise.

What to expect
A gel is applied and a small probe is moved over the area for a few minutes.
